After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which includes the summary, the general terms, conditions and the invoice for the order. 
 Once the order is processed, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number of the parcel will be sent to the customer, with which the customer can use to track the parcel at any given time. 

All products are made for Australian environments and weather conditions and come with the standard shipping time ( 10-day delivery guarantee ).

For products need to be custom made will take 1-5* business days extra before it can be shipped.
